In this project, I was tasked with designing and developing a responsive showcase website for Avistar. I led the design process, from initial mockups to final implementation on Joomla! and Hostinger, ensuring the site was both visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Avistar’s leadership required a platform that could deliver the following:
Centralized data visualization of performance, both overall and by location.
Individual employee tracking, including clear comparisons for motivation.
Review analytics to understand trends and areas for improvement.
Challenge
Designing this platform came with its set of challenges. Firstly, there was no pre-existing structure or user research to rely on, which meant starting from scratch. Additionally, the target users were business managers with varying levels of tech proficiency, which required designing an intuitive and accessible user interface. The data being managed was complex, so simplifying its presentation while maintaining full functionality was a key challenge.

In this project, my role began by engaging in discussions with Avistar's founders to fully understand their vision and strategic goals. I also took the time to analyze the challenges faced by end-users, focusing on how to design an interface that would meet their needs. I then transitioned to designing the entire user flow and interface, using Figma to create wireframes and interactive prototypes. I aimed to ensure the platform was visually engaging while remaining functional and in line with Avistar’s branding. Once the design was complete, I delivered detailed specifications to developers to ensure smooth implementation.

For specific locations, the Store Dashboard offers detailed performance insights. The Team Page allows managers to compare employee performance, while each Employee Page offers a detailed view of an individual’s performance and review statistics. A critical part of the platform is the Reviews Page, where collected reviews are displayed along with graphs and trends. This helps managers assess the overall success of their review collection efforts. The Statistics Page provides deeper analytical tools to measure engagement and growth, and the Settings Page allows for customization based on individual preferences.
